It really depends on the quantity you need as your local chemist shop should sell Epsom Salts. They usually only have small amounts though, up to perhaps a maximum of 1kg size and you may have to order it at some pharmacies such as Superdrug. If you were looking to purchase large volumes for bathing purposes you would need to look online, such as a 25kg amount for instance:

Any pharmacy should suffice for smaller amounts: Boots, Superdrug or your local chemist shop.
