The best thing to do would get the The Herbal Bible, no one can possibly tell you all the herbs as so many are multi used some can be toxic ect. This book would give you uses and how much and what form to take helping you much better off the top of my head ,I can think of about 40 effective herbs for me . Everyone is different so seeing a naturepath could help you to if you tell them you want herb therapy .Just keep in mind that there are as many good supplements as herbs your on the right track ! Be careful and seek some help to start taking control of your health. Make no mistakes herbs can be as dangerous as drugs if not taken right.
