Memory enhancer?!

Question:

Memory enhancer?

What can you guys recommend a medicine or a supplement or herbal or food that can enhance memory. I always tend to forget things, if you have any technique that I can follow or try, it would be very helpful. thanks!

Answers: I've had a memory problem most of my life. I've found a few things that have helped my memory, as well as my mental cognition, not to mention all the customers that tell me how much they help their memory.

You can try Ginkgo Biloba, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Phosphatidylserine, Fish Oil, Vinpocetine, Huperzine A, Bacopa Monnieri (or Monniera), or Alpha-GPC. Those are the most popular products for memory and brain support that help a LOT of different people.

Aside from pills, you can always do mental exercises, too. Playing games (like the children's game "Memory") or using memory tricks (mnemonic devices, etc) can also help to work the pathways in your brain that are responsible for memory. Source(s):
I'm a Product Specialist for a vitamin company I don't know about a medicine or supplement that will help, but I've heard that doing word puzzles like crosswords and suduku can help improve memory. Also fish is good for brain functions. there is a product called Mental Clarity that is formulated to help with keeping your mind clear and help in concentration.
Contact me for more information. The best supplement for improving memory is one with PS (phosphatydlserine) and DHA. Products that have those two ingredients will often have other brain support nutrients in them as well.

The combination of PS and DHA has been shown on PET scans to increase brain energy output. Recent research indicates that we can indeed make new brain cells...something that was previously thought to be impossible...with those nutrients.

While the PS products tend to be pricey, the good news is that less is needed after a few months.

I tell you from personal experience that PS combined with DHA from fish oil has helped to improve my memory quite a bit, which as in turn reduced my stress level as a result.

Take care.
