Can I juice vegetables and do an enema with the juice? They do wheatgrass at the wellness centers..?!

Question:

Can I juice vegetables and do an enema with the juice? They do wheatgrass at the wellness centers..?

Answers: At the wellness centers, they tend to do 4 fl. ozs. of wheatgrass juice orally and up to 8 fl. ozs. via enema. There is a reason for this.

Do a little research on wheatgrass and mold. What you will find is that mold is a big problem for wheat grass growers particularly in trays, greenhouses and in any environment (including outdoors) that is too hot. Here is a little more information for you to read:

Get clean wheatgrass juice! If your wheatgrass has mold, drinking a combined 12 fl. ozs. may make you very ill. It does not have this same affect when administered via an enema and I believe this is why it is administered this way. As your vegetables do not have a mold issue, replicating this enema process seems quite unnecessary although who knows for certain if this might provide some benefit.

I believe you would be best served by just drinking these juices orally. You can do this by finding good clean wheatgrass juice (we make an excellent juice) and continuing to juice good organic vegetables. By the way, one of the little secrets to drinking these juices is to hold them in your mouth and simulate chewing (even on a juice). This allows for sublingual absorbtion through the blood vessels under your tongue and nutrients can directly enter your blood stream this way. I believe this will help you achieve what you want much more conveniently. Source(s):
