how hard was the test? I'm getting nervous about it! Any study tips?
Answers: The test is not hard, meaning there are no trick questions, however, I found there to be some questions which I 'd not think appropriate for an entry level professional massage exam. There were some questions on Cranio-sacral work. Also, a few strange questions about vitamins.
The most difficult area is oriental medicine theory. When studying this topic, don't try to figure it out now if you haven't already learned it. Just learn what you need to know just to pass the test.
Knowing muscles is a given. Origin, insertion and action.
