Nothing works like Homeopathy.

HOM?OPATHIC PRACTITIONER There is a soap I got from the health food store that has all natural stuff for helping with poison ivy. I think one of the ingredients is rosemary. Check with your local health food store; they know lots of stuff. I think it was called a "camping soap"... Also, oatmeal baths, like Aveeno are good for soothing the itch; cooler water is better than hotter water for soothing. Calamine lotion may be natural enough; not sure. A chlorine swimming pool can help dry it up too, although I'm not sure I'd call that "natural"... Good luck. : ( Corn starch or an epson salt bath, it dries the affected area up. Or more directly another way to reduce itching is mixing 1 tsp. of water with 3 tsp. of one of these dry ingredients; cornstarch, baking soda, oatmeal or Epson salts. Make a paste and apply over the affected skin.

HTH. Both jewel weed and plantain crush and applied directly to the skin can help.Sooner the better.
Take an old pair of pantyhose and cut the end off .now put a cup of oats in it and tie the end .put the oats in a bath. The water should be as hot as you can stand it. Soak for 30 min.
Then there's calamine lotion Try a Yahoo search for "poison ivy" + "natural remedies". just dont scratch is and it will get better in a week or so
use soap to help to Wash the effected area. Dry well. Don't let anyone else use your towel. Cut an orange in half and rub the juice on your poison ivy. The citrus will dry up the rash and it will go away faster. Wash your hands as often as you can to avoid spreading it to other areas of the body. The more you apply, the faster your rash will dry up and go away.
