Answers: If you are referring to generic Lortab 7.5, it all depends on your MBR, body mass, etc.
If it was scripted to you, and you have to get a 'test' for drugs, just be sure to bring your medicine bottle with you.
If not scripted to you but other, if you are very active and can bring yourself to sweat alot, you can sweat it out, but drink alot of water during this time....this method for a pee test should take it out of your system in about 2 days.
Earlier there was a question about someone wanting to pass a pee test for pot.......there is an excellent remedy for it that should work for Hydrocodone. But if facing a follicle test, I suggest you shave unless you can prove there was a good reason for it being in your system.
Even though it is a controlled substance, it's not like getting caught with pot in your system.
The remedy mentioned above is good.
But, most likely no one will question Hydrocodone, unless it is in massive amounts in your system....not even surejel and a gallon of water would get that out.
Original Remedy
1 pack of surejell (found in the canning area of Walmart)
1 8oz glass of hot water
8-10 glasses of 8oz of cold water
1 cola
The night before:
Stir the pack of surejell (sp?) into the glass of hot water until almost as thick as honey. Choke it down. Follow up with the cold water.
An hour before testing:
drink the cola- clear urine is a red flag for testers. The cola will 'dirty' the urine by giving it a little more natural color. Source(s):
Life-Experience- Been there and done that. Incidently, that remedy DOES WORK! Don't worry about it anymore. I have to take it now! It depends if you take Hydrocodone regularly. If not, it's possible to be out within a day. But, just to be safe with this i'll say in 2 days it will be out. The usual time for it to get out is 2-4 days if someone doesn't do it daily. a day or two. Hydrocodone and other opioids (such as codeine, oxycodone, and morphine) and its metabolites generally stay in the system for about 2-3 days. Heavy, frequent users may take longer to clear out their system, but 15mg hydrocodone should clear in three days max.
