Answers: You need to see someone that can put you on medicine to help your anxiety. Cut out or reduce coffee and other caffeine products (chocolate too). Caffeine products, so I have heard, make us more prone to anxiety or panic attacks.

Is the area where you sleep free from things like Mildew or excessive dust?

Get enough sleep.

Eat well.

See a doctor At Once -- if you do NOT want to go on medications, then look at your diet and see what it is you are eating -- I read once that sometimes food allergies and/or low-bood sugar can help to make us more prone to anxiety attacks.
