Answers: I have done it several times and would highly reccomend it. First of all, make sure you are going to someone reputable and trustworthy. You will go in, and after you fill out paperwork for your file and history, you will disrobe usually from the waist down and lay down on a table, like an exam table and cover with a blanket. You will lay on your side, dont be modest, they have seen it all before! She will insert a small tube rectally, like you are getting an enima, and it is connected to a machine that looks like a box the size of a sonogram machine I guess. It is a small bit of discomfort when first inserting, but nothing too bad. There is a window. Then, she will warn you that she is starting, and will turn it on, and water will fill into you. You will feel pressure like you are getting a bad menstrual cramp, and it lasts for maybe 15 or 20 seconds. Then, the machine kind of goes backwards, cleaning out the water and waste. You can see the waste through the window. I know it sounds gross, but it is important to see to determine the health of your waste, so to speak. The professional will explain how it looks, any parasites, etc. She will repeat this 3 or 4 times, then you are done. She removes it, then you are to get up and go directly to the ladies room, where you will dispel of a lot of water! It sounds worse than it is, and you leave feeling extremely refreshed. I used to do this twice a year, and it really helps with energy, de-toxifying, and even weight loss. I highly reccomend, although if you have serious issues you should see a doctor first for a referral. i havent had it but was told it feels a little uncomfortable at first but once it gets going its fine. Afterwards you feel great and clean! i havnt, but a friend of mine did, and its not pleasant, in the end you pass slimy jelly, which stinks urgh i have never done it.. but i have always wanted it done!!

but many people have talked about getting it done on y/a and i read a few of them some months back... just have a scroll through some of the questions and you will soon get your answer. I wanted one for years and finally had one 4 weeks ago.
I didnt like it and didnt feel better for it.
It felt like uncomfortable wind in my stomach when the water was in and when it was coming out it felt like i should have been squatting or sitting on a toilet not laying on my back on a bed for an hour and a half.
It apparently works your intestine like and hour and a half in the gym! or like and hour and a half of a stomach bug with diarhoea!
I felt bloated for days after aswell.
I was disappointed and wouldnt have one again. I would go for a shiatsu next time it clears me out and makes me feel loads better as well as feeling better during it too.
I have a friend who loves it and used to have regular sessions when she could afford it. HELLO.........It's just an expensive enema.
