I am afraid of needles. Will Acupunture help?


Answers: Umm i'm guessing the person who posted this knows acupuncture uses needles... I think they want to know if having needles stuck in their body will help them overcome their fear of needles...

Anyway, my answer is maybe if you did it several times. I don't think one time would help. However I think if you get used to it your fear of it will lessen over time. You know acupuncture is needles right? It can help with lots of things but phobia of needles I doubt! You are aware that acupuncture USES needles...and I am not really sure if the practice is geared towards dealing with fea (which is your real dilemma). I have been going to an acupuncurist for years and its great for physical things: joints, tendons, digestive issues, etc....but not sure if it will help you FEAR of needles. hope this helps!
