Answers: you really do need to see a doctor who can give you the right resources.
if your trying to get a few pills to help u it wont work. the average anti-depressant pills take almost a month to take effect in your body. taking a few to start out wont help you at all. you could just get side effects which could make you feel even worse.
please try to see a doctor. if money is a problem there are a lot of free clinics out there which may be able to help u. you need to go to the hospital or a psychotherapist. not all of the pills will work for everyone and they need to evaluate it for you. If you think you have depression you need to see your doc for a diagnosis and treatment. You cannot self diagnose and treat depression. Call your doc and get in right away. You dont need to just get any anti -depressant. theyll need to monitor you &see what works fo r you. DONT do this. Yes. You may be depressed, and are 'self-medicating' with alcohol, which doesn't work.
Go find the public health clinic in your town, and talk to them. They'll put you in touch with a community psychiatry service, and they can prescribe medication if you need it. Prozac, one of the better ones, is available in a generic form now and is quite inexpensive.

Do you know that diet and exercises keeps you mind healthy as well as your physical condition. Your diet is probably the no. 1 cause of depression.
