Answers: Hi Harmonie, no sweetie you don't have to refridgerate once opened,vinegar is a natural preservative anyway eg onions and various other foods.cheers ? Source(s):
Cos I know. no Like lothers no ma'am. No. No vinegar ever needs refrigerating. no, it has sufficient acidity to self preserve on a normal shelf without any refrigeration.
