What is there naturally to help with Bipolar disorder?!

Question:

What is there naturally to help with Bipolar disorder?

Answers: There are many things "on shelf", and I'm sure they have their beneficial qualities, however, Bipolar is a very serious disease, and is best treated with a Psychiatrist/psychotherapist team (in my opinion, need i even say this).
I've had clients with Bipolar and personally witnessed family members with it. You can ask your Doctor about supplemental nutritional resources to go with your meds, but i would definitely stick to Western medicine on this one as the main staple with the integration of Eastern and holistic remedies as adjunctive therapies

I am a mind/body therapist St. John's Wort. " Soy Bean Milk " In the Search for questions slot type in "bipolar disorder" + "natural remedies" and you will get 1 result and the same web search will give you at least 5,531 results. Go to your local health store and look up by polar in their books. It probably will say kelp. Mainly because it has 21 amino acids mixed with vitamens minerals and herbs to help cause the amino acids to absorbe easier. They do have them in pills to. Kelp should be kelp just get the cheap stuff. Please be careful.

From experience, I know that it is important for people with bipolar disorder to have a routine, to eat healthy, to exercise... to be good to yourself and your body.

Drinking caffeine and/or booze will greatly affect your mood.

Every person is different and will react in different ways. Most of the time it truly is a trial and error process as to what will and won't work.

Sometimes it's medicine and therapy, sometimes it's yoga and clean living.

Luck.
