JOSIE Exercise...lots of cardio. Take walks, find a place to hike or ride a bike. Join a gym and spend some time on the treadmill or exercise bike. So much of our lives is spent working our brains and letting our physical selves go. I believe this is one of the reasons why so many folks in our culture have such a hard time falling asleep at night.
