Dietary supplement/vitamin question?!

Question:

Dietary supplement/vitamin question?

Ok so I
Answers: The Green Tea, Ginseng, CoQ10, and Rhodiola have natural energy boosters and would likely increase your metabolism. You're right that the Hoodia is lowering your appetite. There are also a few skin health products in there (which I think is weird.... but hey, if it works...). Source(s):
I'm a Product Specialist for a vitamin company First of all, diet pills are not approved by the FDA which is a big no no if you ask doctors about them... Also, most diet pills make you lose weight so fast because it gets rid of the water in your body... that's why you don't have to do anything to shed some pounds.. Lastly, if diet pills really worked, don't you think there wouldn't be any fat people in the US?? I'm against diet pills but i think there is a better med out there for your thyroid and you will get it under control sometime. i really don't know the answer to ur question. but ginseng and rhodiola are herbs which make u fresher . like i used to take rhodiola while i am doing two jobs. in 5 min i used to fresh to cook and clean the house. ginseng is also somehow the same kind.
