Has anyone here had Reiki treatment?

Please could you tell me what it was like and if it was worth trying?

Reiki has changed my entire life. I had Reiki on a recommendation for my depression. I have suffered clinical depression for 30 years or so.Spent months on anti-depressants (if not years), but not any more. I now maintain my own health, in every respect. www.zebgraham-howard.org Yes i did on a few occasions. You lie on a bed and Reiki master wraps you up in a blanket. He/She doesn't touch you as such. They start with the top of your head, go down all the way under your toes. They then ask you to turn round so they can do your back. That was the bit i didn't like because i felt so relax by then! It annoyed me to move LOL. And indeed it is worth trying. Expect to be tearful after treatment second time round but i'd go back!
