camphor or something like that oil. popular in britain. citrus seed extract pills have worked for me in the past....its not a quick solve but it does the trick and helps keep them "free" longer I put some Eucalyptus oil on a rag and hold it over my face and breath deep. If you can do this in a hot shower and get some steam, it helps a lot. this may sound weird but my grandma swears that snorting a mixture of warm water and salt up your nose helps clear your sinuses. i like to boil water and let the steam go into my head. that works for me. but sometimes i get to the point where i have to go get an antibiotic. Using the spray often at first, I found that after some time, my problems were going away.
