I am a medium and also a holistic therapist i give Reiki Healing and Shamballa Healing i also teach and attune
people into both of them. i would like to hear from anyone who has had Reiki or Shamballa and to tell me their experiences also if you have had a reading from a medium in the past what did you think of it?
Answers: I have nine Reiki masterships, including Shamballa classic (levels 1-4) and the new Shamballa Basic. I have had many readings (palmistry, tarot, I-ching, astrology) and given many (Mayan oracle). Some are more accurate than others, in both cases.
I love Shamballa and it's the main method of healing I teach. Everyone I work on loves the energy and my students say the same thing. Those students I taught Shamballa to who already knew Reiki found it superior, and those I've only taught Shamballa to can't imagine why anyone would choose to learn/use any other system of energy healing.
(BTW, I hope you have upgraded your Shamballa energies to Shamballa Basic. After this month [Oct 2007] no one is supposed to teach Shamballa 1-4 anymore. Message me if you need the information.) Source(s):

Where are you based, could do with some healing hands right now! Some people say Reiki puts some energy of the sender into the receiver that can control them somehow? I never felt anything except physical touch from it , as I recall.
There are spiritualist churches that have mediums if you are interested in that. I would say sometimes they give valid information. The one I went to for awhile encouraged you to use your own sense of "psychic" or intuitive information about others and give it out and also use your own healing talent whatever that may be (reiki, rolfing, sending healing energy through touch, etc)....
They have a psychic "fair" once a year in Oct in my city called Universal Light Expo that is very nice. $8 to get in and then you pay at whatever booths where you want a reading or aura picture or book or Native American items, etc and there are free speakers on different New Age topics... Does the word " Quack " mean anything to you ? You should know all the answers hold on i am getting this feeling yep B******* Am a medium also, am into reiki as well but havent finished my master, that would be next january. Am lucky to have helped a guy wich used to have kidney cancer, a baby boy who was abused, a lady who used to be alcoholic. I am blessed with this lovely technique. As a medium I can tell you many things but I dont need tarot or anything to tell you what is going to happen. I just have it. I had a Reiki session a few months ago performed by a medium. I didn't feel anything during the session but found it to be very relaxing. She kept taking notes and mumbling while she worked and gave me a page of information when we were done. It was a fascinating experience and I would be interested in doing it again. f.y.i. apparently the "powers that be" find fava beans to be an excellent addition to the diet to regain constitution. if you can tell me the name and how my bf died, i will be a believer. i had a Reiki session earlier this year, my aunt is a Reiki master, at the time she was using Reiki healing to try to help my dad (her brother) who had lung cancer, he did say it helped him feel more relaxed and i think it also helped him accept and come to terms with his illness quicker, obviously i was also suffering as a result of my dads illness so i took my aunts offer up, i personally found it a calming experience and without going into too much detail here i found it a 'weird' but nice experience, i did only have the one session simply because i wanted my aunt to spend as much time with my dad as possible to help him and i didi not want to take advantage of her kind offers, unfortunatley my dads cancer was very advance at the time of diagnosis and passed away in May, but it helped him in other ways and for that i am really thankful.
i have seen mediums in the past...hmmm i stilll sceptical on this one but always keep an open mind. I have been a Reiki master in several traditions for 10 years. I have also studied shamanic journeying and soul retrieval. My great aunt was a trance medium.
