My apologies for asking this twice. Twas an accident. Absolutely! I've had a memory problem most of my life. I've found a few things that have helped my memory, as well as my mental cognition, not to mention all the customers that tell me how much they help their memory.

You can try Ginkgo Biloba, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Phosphatidylserine, Fish Oil, Vinpocetine, Huperzine A, Bacopa Monnieri (or Monniera), or Alpha-GPC. Those are the most popular products for memory and brain support that help a LOT of different people. Granted, different people respond differently for different supplements, so not everyone will have a great response from any one specific product.

Aside from pills, you can always do mental exercises, too. Playing games (like the children's game "Memory") or using memory tricks (mnemonic devices, etc) can also help to work the pathways in your brain that are responsible for memory. Source(s):
I'm a Product Specialist for a vitamin company I don't have any experience with those types of options , I do have some favorable results when I give my brain a gymnastic work out with new subject matter, solving difficult problems and rigorous exercise! I do not know which one (s) you are talking about. However I bought some at a drug store and was taking them. They worked very well. I quit using them because I watched on a TV program ( I do not remember if it was 60 min or what show it was) but they did a whole program on these herbs. Due to the fact that taking these herbs with any med that causes blood thinning can cause allot of health problems even death. its the same old story, herbs may work, but i could not say for myself [ i forgot to go get the pill's, lol, sorry could not resist ]
but the key thing is a good diet,and the right amount of rest, can be help full, drink plenty of water, have a good breakfast, and as answered exercise your brain. it all times time and planning. it cab only but help :-)
