Answers: I have heard niacin works but I don't know for sure since I haven't tried it but I do know you should drink as much water as you possibly can... Gnc also has clean up products but they are pricey. WATER WATER AND MORE WATER!!!!!! arsenic You don't need a pill! Just drink about a "gallon or more" of water until your urine is clear. A few hours before the test. Do not use your first mornings urine in the test, and always pee a bit out before collecting.
AND STOP INJESTUNG DRUGS!!!! It's easier!!! You might flush your system from test but you can't fool the damage your doing to your organs etc!!!!!!
To keep your system clean (not drug free) of toxians, try bee pollen. Just sprinkle it over many foods or add to a beverage. Not to bash alternitive medicines (they're great for alot of things, so don't get me wrong), but there's nothing really known that helps with removing drugs from your system... alternitive or otherwise. Things that claim to work, generally cleanse you of your money, and that's about it.
Drink lots of water and get plenty of excercise... Do things that increase your metabolism.
On the day of collection (better hope it's urine) drink about a gallon of water after your first bathroom break, giving yourself at least 2hrs before the test. Cyanide. You won't have any more worries about passing a drug test.
