Answers: It's really a contradiction in terms to say "herbal drugs", but it's possible that some drugs may be marketed that way to make them seem "more natural".

There are some drugs that extract some aspect of a natural herb for some reason, but those are drugs. Natural herbs in pill form are herbal supplements. Source(s):
