Does anyone know anything about Bach Original Flower Essence, Rescue Remedy?
It is a liquid, you put drops under your tongue.
It's supposed to be a natural stress reliever - hype or not?
Answers: I have found all of Bach's Flower Remedies very very effective whenever I have used them or prescribed them to any of my patients.

I remember when I was going through a difficult time with a now former boyfriend...and I was getting flower remedies in order to help me through the loss...of love.
The funny part of the flower essences that I tested for (5 or more in a combination) were that the remedies that I tested for, were the same ones that he needed. We Become the energy that surrounds us...so don't be suprized if the person that tests you for this or that essence, comes up with those that aren't your emotional issues or needs...
I like also not only the Bach Flowers, I like the Perlenders, English, Californian, Austrialian Flowers...there are many varieties...so don't feel that you are only limited to Bach...The Bach flowers were the first to be introduced to the planet...all the rest got on board...after that... The Bach are more the base...Rescue Remedy, is supposed to be carried by all Light Workers...in case they come upon a traumatic event or injured person...good stuff...this helped get me through my oldest brother's transition...at 34 years old, saving the lives of one daughter and a neighborhood child of another brother...everybody else was on valiums and such...I had Rescue Remedey...and this was the brother I went through high school and graduated together with...we were very close...
