Also you might like Emergen-C, a fizzy vitamin drink powder available in several flavors. Capsules are better because they are absorbed better. It's best to eat or drink a food/beverage rich in vitamin C, such as orange juice or Naked Food Juice Well-Being drinks.

If you can't do that, get Emergen-C packets that have 1,000 mg vitamin C. It will be labeled as such.
