"Strongest" and "best" are really relative terms when it comes to ingestible items, primarily because different people respond differently to different products.

That being said, there are a lot of natural supplements that provide energy that most people don't have side effects from. There's ATP (the source of cellular energy in the body), CoQ10 (which is used to produce ATP), L-Carnitine (an amino acid that converts fat into energy), Royal Jelly, B-vitamins, GABA, NADH (boosts brain transmitters dopamine and norepinephrine so it helps to fight fatigue), Ginseng, Eleuthero Root, and Guarana.

Boy, that's a lot when I write them all out. LOL! Those are the most popular items that our customers purchase for energy, so pretty much any of those should be a good boost of energy... however, like I said, different people respond differently to different supplements, so you might not get as much energy on some of the items as someone else, and you might get more energy than other people might from some items.
try red bull.
jeritol
talk to ur Dr. abt perscribing Provigil(modafinil) its a drug especially perscribed 4 excessive sleepiness lol. can u believe it. and my bf is on it and takes half a pill a day. its non narcotic and not addictive find out 4 urself. good luck.
The strongest energy pill is lard, or shortening. Put it in pill form and freeze it.That's probably the densest energy you can get. Lots of calories.

If you prefer liquid form, you can chug olive oil. I'm not sure how that compares with lard on an energy density per volume basis.
Gurana!
Not really a pill, but nothing beats--relaxation, meditation, and sleep; also forgiveness work, anger management, exercise, and light diet help to regenerate and energize. It would make sense to check the function of your thyroid gland also--ask your health practitioner--Get well soon!
My cancer doctor recommended COQ10. I bought 200mg One month later I added three hours to my day. This can be bought at almost any pharmacy or Walmart. I have since put all my vitamins and minerals aside and am now taking a powdered nutritional supplement, Two shakes a day sure beats taking a bunch of vitamins.
Men's or women's energy multivitamin pills are supposed to be good energy boosters. You take 1 a day.
you may try Activive , see at :
