A change in diet and adding excersise could help you. No smoking, No foods high in salt or fat. For most people- loosing weight is enough to lower their blood pressure enough to feel comfortable not going on medication.
Try changing your diet. If you smoke, stop. If you are over weight, lose it. Exercise. If the blood pressure isn't to high that will help somewhat, but first talk with your doctor.
NO SALT what so ever! Lots of water, excersize. LifeExtension has a killer vitamin which is top quality, I use it and it really has helped.

In Spain, where I live, There is a preparation called Aquitens which comes in bags for infusion. It contains a mixture of herbs as vascodilators and diuretics. The list of contents is too long to list here. I find two infusions a day to be highly effective. Try Googling it. You may find an equivalent where you are.
You can't reduce your blood pressure by thinking it away. Remove animal products from you diet, loose weight and start taking Cayenne.
Garlic and onions are also good for the blood. But do try to eat less salt, eat more fruits and vegetables, reduce your meat consumption, and find a way to destress--stress can cause or exacerbate high blood pressure.
