Hi! I use the Bragg raw-unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar. Don't use the see-through stuff that they sell with the regular (like the Heinz version)! It's NASTY and doesn't have the health benefits!

I mix 2 Tbsps with 1 cup of apple juice. I tried the regular apple juice and that didn't help! I now use organic apple juice (not from concentrate - the stuff that is cloudy, not clear). It's delicious! I cannot drink the ACV any other way, but this works for me! And the ACV mixes with the scent of the apple juice.

And if you really can't drink it, try adding it to your salad with your favorite oil/vinegar based dressing! You probably won't even notice it!!! And don't drink it straight! It's so gross!

There are several health benefits to ACV.... try earthclinic.com (linked below) to find out more! I drink it twice a day.
i've heard of it. i've also heard of people drinking that stuff for stomach aches
i've heard of it, i have 2 friends that take it every day. the one guy started to take it for stomach problems and it fixed that and made him full of energy and he felt really good. the other lady took it for acid reflux and it helped that and took away her arthritis pains. it's suppose to be very good for you.
Yes, it's a great natural cleanse for the body when mixed half and half with honey. When I was a kid, my mother made me a glass (about 1/4 cup vinagar mixed with 1/4 cup honey) every morning before school. I was almost never sick.
I think the reasoning on apple cider vinegar working so well for colds/ flu and other ailments is that the the vinegar affects the pH balance in our gastrointestinal tract. Even though I find it vile, I tried it when I had a cold/flu once, and not only did it upset my stomach in the worst way, it did nothing for my illness. I know there are people that swear by this, so the whole key to any alternative medicine, is to be an informed patient. What works for some, won't work for others, depending on our bodies ability to heal. Hope this helps!
I drink it every now and again to cleanse, but I do one part vinegar to 3 or 4 parts water. Doesn't make it any less nasty. I also put it on salads. I think it's easier to take in that way.
hi,
i dont think there is much that unfiltered unpasteurized apple cider vinegar wont help. it is so full of vitamins, minerals, it is amazing stuff. i try to drink it every day, it is easier to drink if mixed with juice, i even mix it with ginger ale, tastes like an apple soda with a kick.
i have used it for stomach ailments, to ward off a fatal allergy, to speed up getting rid of poison ivey, to break up mucus from a cold, to get rid of a sore throat, and just for health purposes in general.
good luck..try it...you wont be sorry...
It an old "folk remedy" without any evidence for efficacy at all. See the article below for a review.

As with most of these unscientific remedies, the more gullible the patient, the more he/she thinks there's an effect when there's really nothing.
Apple cider vinegar (ACV) is supposed to be good for a long list of health aspects that you can find in a web search for "apple cider vinegar" + "health benefits".

There is at least one negative with ACV and that is that it will ruin your teeth if you drink it straight. You must either dilute it with water to reduce possible or likely damage to your teeth if you take it in between meals or alternatively eat plenty of food with it at mealtimes.
