I don't know about that, but I have heard theories that drinking your own urine can help eliminate certain health problems. I would have to say, though, that if I did this and it didn't work, I would be pissed.

There might be some trace amounts.... but if there are enough, it means that your body isn't absorbing enough of it from your food and your joints are likely not getting a lot of nutrition partially because of that.
