It usually takes half an hour for me....
But whatever your using nyquil for I would suggest coracedin cough and cold..... CCC
I take them all the time and they help with everything, but they kinda fu** with your head..... But if it's good cough free, decongested, sleep you want, or just to trip the fu** out..... Take CCC's
