Antabuse doesn't stop the craving. It only makes you sick after you drink. People take antabuse and the craving remains, they drink, and they get sick. Antabuse is not widely used. There are drugs that relieve withdrawal symptoms but the craving returns. Only AA has a proven record of success from New York to many little towns and villages all over the world.
Taking this drug i found in -a medical report is very dangerouse- in some cases it can lead to "death".. SO - please really check IT out before using this

    • Yes there is. It's the same drug they give alcoholics but you need a dr to prescribe it for you. It'll make you sick if you as so much touch a drop of alcohol.
    The question has the elements of the solution.
    If anxiety, panic, depression, and pain are the goads, they have to be tackled first. Once those issues are out of the way, and the problem remains, then a de-addiction programme can be considered.
    AA refreshes the parts.....that doctors said was impossible.
    Antabuse. (physician's prescription needed).
