Sammy jo, Apple Juice is dehdrating, higher in sugar than Soda, I would stay away from it while you have the kidney infections.
Cranberry juice helps with kidney infections and is safe to drink.
BUT, also drink lots of clean water.

It's not unsafe to drink apple juice, but if you are sure you have an infection then see your doctor (if you haven't already). You need to be on meds ot clear that up asap.
