How can I suplement my reiki self-treatments?!
Question: I was just recently attuned to my first level in reiki, and my Master discovered that I have blockages in my heart and sacral chakras. I've been doing self treatments focusing on those areas, trying to clear them out gradually. I was wondering if there was anything that could help suplement my treatments, like an herb, or a meditation, or something that I should start doing in my life to help them clear out? Serious advice only, please.

Look into color or sound healing also for the specific chakras. Each chakra has a corrosponding color and sound, by using one or the other or both, you chakra may open more or at least help you deal with whatever is blocking that chakra. Also you may want to consider looking into past life meditations to see if that is what maybe causing the blockage. ;) enjoy the energy
