It would help if you specified what type of pain you are having. Headache, arthritis pain, back pain, etc. You cannot give an answer to your question as stated.
I don't know how you feel about this but marijuana is a great pain reliever. Unfortunately sometimes it can have a very negative connotation. But when smoked in moderation marijuana is a great, all natural way to treat pain. Check in your area because in some places if you have less than an ounce it is not illegal. Also check with your doctor to see if he can give you a prescription.
I have used a herbal called Imflam Actin by Natures Plus. I have chronic pain in my back due to herniation of L4 L5 disc. I also have arthritis there too. I swear by this product. I have given some to other people too and it has helped them too. This does not make you feel up or down but does relieve pain. Contains boswellin,tumeric and bromelain. I also read a new study that capisican helps with chronic pain also.
