Is there a tea or plant that can help reduce inflammation and pain in joints?!

Question: I am having some strange sensitivity and pain in the ear-jaw region. It feels like something is swollen ...there's also a gum infection going on too, which may be the culprit. I am just curious if there is some tea or plant that I can chew on, that can help with the inflammation.

White/Green tea. It does good all over the body. White and Green tea leaves come from the same plant actually, so try both and pick your favorite.

White tea and fresh figs

Inflammation in joints and a tooth infection are 2 different things. For latter see a good dentist. For former, good fats help lubricate joints, brain, arteries and skin. Avocados are 60% fat. Eat them and also olive oil. Use flaxseed oil for omega-3 fat. Eat nuts and seeds like walnuts.

sounds like your getting a abscess due to a infected tooth..once the abscess is present you can put hot things on it like if you eat oatmeal just put some on the abscess..abscess needs heat to break..

I have found that for infections in the mouth or gum area, you can make a paste from ground flax seeds and Castor oil. Pack it into the inflamed area and keep it there overnight. Continue this until the mixture draws out the infection. You'll be able to tell by the black color when you spit it out.
