Achey after my acupuncture appointment.?!
Question: aloha, had my acupunture app. yesterday afternoon. i'm a bit achey now esp. in my joints. any suggestions or thoughts? i'm being treated of anxiety/ panic. this is my second round of treatment and that was my second appointment.

sometimes when u start acupuncture treatment a tingling and current like sensation is experienced
this will settle down over a period of time and so relax

Either you have a bad practiconer, or you have some crap in your system you need to get rid of, and as a result it's making you feel like crap.
I'd vote the second, but if you want to give me more information, or ask the doctor if it seems like you're having a release, that would be the next step to take.
