How much grapefruit seed extract in neti pot?!
Question: if my neti pot is 8 oz - and I put in a 1/4 tsp of salt - how much liquid Grapefruit Seed Extract would I put in?
I seemingly have some kind of lingering infection - and I'll be darned if I'm going to take antibiotics unless I have too - it always gives me another 4 months of trouble.

I think liquid GSE from
Nutra-Biotic is best but if you
have liquid, just a couple drops
is enough.
Using powder, I would only
dissolve about a pinch.
