Lack of energy, how can i improve it ?!

Question: I often suffer from severe lack of energy. For example just last weekend, i went to bed at 8 PM cause i was just exhausted. I woke back up at noon next days, 16 hours of sleep.

Today i went to bed at 1AM (after work) and wake up at 10 but felt really tired still, i eat breakfast and went to bed again until 2PM. Now i have to go to work from 4 to midnight and i'm still very tired.

It's not new for me to feel that way, last year i took a complete medical, with blood tests but they found nothing.

I'm only 35 years old and the lack of energy is really getting on me. Do you guys have any advice about what to do ? Don't tell me to exercice, i can barely go thought my work day.

What should i do ? Is there any product, i could take that would help with the energy level ?

There are so many possible reasons for exhaustion but the most common are.

Dehydration.....believe it or not if you are not drinking enough clean, alkaline water this can cause exhaustion. Water from your tap is acidic and difficult for your body to absorb so you could research Alkaline Water

Food intollerances is another and to find the food that could be guilty you would need to keep a diary and watch to see if there is a common link between times you suffer exhaustion and a certain food.

Some people find this easy because they notice suddenly that they are exhausted after eating and this would signal an intestinal problem, perhaps with the food they ate.

Get your iron levels checked. If you are low on iron you will be exhausted.

Try vitamin B12 supplements-the liquid is the best as it absorbs more into your system.

Good luck!

Take a look at what you are eating. Are you getting enough of the right kinds of foods - whole, natural foods. Little if no processed foods? What are you drinking? Are you taking in more water than anything else? Are you drinking enough water? The B vitamin complex is also good for a lift, but will work much better with the benefits of good food and wate.

B-complex vitamins work well, or if vitamins aren't your thing, try Vegemite, it's a sticky substance, like peanut-butter texture and full of B vitamins, made from Brewer's Yeast that I add to all sorts of foods (after cooking, for example, soups) and it has a pretty good taste. Also...I'll suggest starting exercise at least twice a week, even if you don't like the idea. Start slow and work up. Make it a habit. Habituate your body to exercise. Your body needs the stimulation, and the more you do it, the more your body will prepare for activity - it remains energetic and it helps you think, too, by the way. Oxygen, my friend, is your friend.

Last thing is to change your shift. I used to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, and it was awful for my sleep patterns. Do you smoke? Nicotine decreases level-4 sleep times. Gotta smoke less or not so close to your bedtime. That's what's worked for me - so I suggest these things.

Diet Diet Diet, you are lacking in a good nutritious diet. you need products high in antioxidents like fresh or frozen berries, a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Cafiene will also make you tired and drain your energy. so lay off all coffee and sodas.

Check out a site www.univeralifesciences.com I have never had as much vital natural constant energy as I do since someone gave me some of this natural product to drink...

I have a similar situation. I am a 32 year old woman. No energy, work alot, and can sleep all day and night if I wanted to. I really don't have time to exercise either. I have been taking B12 in liquid form for about 2 months and it seems to be really helping. www.isotonicvitaminsonline.com
