Where is the best place for a new massage therapist to find work with little/no experience?!
Question: Here are a couple of options. You can find a spa, hotel, or salon that's hiring. Is there a Massage Envy franchise in your town? Or if you are able to perform many short, deep tissue sessions- a chiropractic office.
All of these will be entry level jobs that pay very little. This is one way to pay your dues. Be prepared to learn quickly and you'll need to take very good care of yourself as burnout is easy.
Ask around to every massage therapist you know.
Best of luck.
