Has anyone had reiki?!
Question: I had it done the other day and the ailments I had before having it done were gone a few hours after having it done, has anyone else had any experiences with reiki working for them, if so how?

I had rekki done after a bad motorcycle accident, the Reiki definately helped both emotionally and physically. The first Reiki treatment was two days after the accident, I had to be wheeled into the room because I couldn't walk BC of the muscle trauma, I was able to walk out two hours later. Emotionally I could feel the buildup of energy as it flowed through me and exited my body through my head and limbs, it was really freaky but worked. As soon as I was feeling a bit better I stopped going because the ritualistic part of it was too freaky for me.
I had it done many years ago. I can't say my ailments were "gone", but I felt more calm. It depends on the practitioner.
It's all superstitious baloney--regardless of who's the quack practitioner. Don't be a sucker.

I both have had Reiki and do Reiki. It is wonderful for stress and relaxation and seems to help with pain relief.
