Does mustard really help prevent cancer?!
Question: So many plants possess constituents that fight cancer in one way or another. While mustard may have some of these attributes, it is a hot and spicy herb and would cause a yin/yang imbalance in a cancer patient if taken for too long.
Chinese medicine is very effective in treating cancer because it brings the body into balance. A body in balance cannot maintain cancer.

It helps a little if you use it instead of mayo which have fats in it that causes cancer. But by itself, you couldn't eat enough of it to do any good. You must use a combination of cancer fighting foods to prevent cancer. My brother-in-law had 3 years to live, went to clinic in Mexico, cured his cancer by several different treatments. One was mainly his diet of healthy foods and not processed foods, etc.
