Anyone into Aromotherapy? If so, which oil, formula could I use while exercising?!

Question: Yes, the peppermint is a good choice. Also consider ginger, cinnamon, and rosemary to increase circulation and to cut down on soreness. All of these would be diluted to about 5% carrier oil.

Peppermint oil perks you right up, as does the fragrance of lime. I wouldn't recommend chamomile or sage, because those are calming, healing fragrances. I also recommend buying a bottle of pure peppermint oil, which you can get at GNC, and putting a drop in a cup of water. It's healthier than coffee and it gives you energy. Some Bach Flower Remedies, some being aromatherapy and some oral, would also help. Peppermint oil also helps with headaches, in which you rub it on your head and the back of your neck, and it can also be calming to some people when inhaled.
