Essential oil - Marjoram - What is it used for?!

Question: In addition to bitchy scorpio's awesome answer, I would like to add a couple precautions when using Pure Essential Oils.

1. Make sure that any oil you buy is 100% Pure thearpeutic grade. If it's not, it may not have the full effects.

2. Avoid Fragrances as they are not pure. They are synthetic and could cause severe allergic reactions.

3. Always blend pure essential oils with a carrier oil or lotion. Pure jojoba oil works great! Without it, the pure essential oil could burn your skin badly.

4. It is however, safe to use 1 drop on the sole of each foot before bed. This is a great help for insomniacs. The skin on your feet is thicker and tougher than anywhere else on your body, so one drop is not enough to cause any damage.
