For the cat's claw, do not use capsules..this is the worst way to take herbs..not absorbed well..take a tincture first and easiest to take or a tea second..
You can get bulk herbs (use organic or wild crafted as they have 5-10 times the [phytochemicals that cure and prevent disease/

here is the verbal directions on how to make the bulk herbs you get into a tincture (for a tea, brew as you do regular tea using a tea ball. If it is not a powder or soft part of plants (flowers/leaves) but rather hard roots or berries then make a decoction by boiling herbs in steam distilled water for 10-15 minutes (for a infusion (soft parts of plants) steep by boiling boiling water over the herbs..always use steam distilled water for teas as it is empty and thus absorbs more of the beneficial chemicals you need.
(written directions)--you do not need 100 proof vodka for the menstrum..use 80 proof except for pine resins.

(this is easier as he shows you how easy and simple it is to make a tincture..when done strain it, put in a dark glass bottle and label what it is and put an expiration date 5 years from the day you made it (though it will be good after that date). Put so0me in a tincture bottle (a brown or blue bottle from a health food store usually 0ne ounce with an eyedropper top to administer..the usual dose is 2 dropperfuls ( a dropperful is about 30 drops and what remains in the eye dropper when you squeeze bulb and put in the tincture and release..it will look after half full. Take two dropperfuls 3-5 times a day in a spoon of juice or water. If she weighs 150 this is the dose..if she weighs 100 the dose is 2/3rds of 40 drops. If she weighs 300, the dose is double or 120 drops (use Clark's rule for dose)
