What is the document do I need if I am going to be a Canada or US licensed acupuncturist?!

Question: I am a Chinese TCM doctor, but I am not Canada or America citizenship. I already get the Oriental Medicine Certification of NCCAOM, I have to get the license if I want to conduct my business in Canada or US. I wonder if it is possible for me to apply license.

Sorry about all the people on here who are being mean to you. If you are from China you're probably decent and should do the job! Your best bet is to work in a clinic someone else is running, before moving on to do your own. If you wish to work in over here you will need a visa or a green card. I do not know exactly how to apply for that, but if you contact a clinic that wishes to hire you, they could probably help and or vouch for you.

Here's what the california requirements are (that's where I live, I can't really tell you about the rest). Given that you've already passed the NCCAOM, you should be completely fine requirement wise:

Regulation and Certification
California acupuncturists are licensed and regulated by the Acupuncture Board, an autonomous body under the umbrella of the state
