Does anyone know how to get rid of floaters in your eye?!

Question: Is there anything one can take to eliminate them? Thank you in advance!

Floaters?
I am guessing you are seeing little specks or blobs moving across your vision. If that is what you mean by floaters I am guessing you have a astigmatism along with floaters described below.

Astigmatism is a mild and easily treatable imperfection in the curvature of your eye. The condition can cause blurred vision.

Spots (often called floaters) are small, semi-transparent or cloudy specks or particles within the vitreous, which is the clear, jelly-like fluid that fills the inside of your eyes. They appear as specks of various shapes and sizes, threadlike strands or cobwebs. Because they are within your eyes, they move as your eyes move and seem to dart away when you try to look at them directly.

I have both and my eye doctor says this is very common, however Floaters may be a sign of more serious eye problems I would suggest you go for an eye examine with an eye doctor.

Good luck

As I understand it, floaters are actually remants of cells floating in the vitreous humor left over from when the eye was forming in the fetus. I don't think there is anything that can be done.

This is only MY experience . . . but it might be worth a try for you, with no risk. I seemed to notice a correlation between drinking too much coffee (and its caffeine?) with floaters. When I cut down on the coffee, I stopped noticing the floaters. I know it sounds goofy, but that's what I found. Submitted respectfully for your consideration.
