Any country in the world as long as you have the freezing done in the US. As far as I know the US is the only country where cryogenics is practiced on a large scale at enormous costs so you really need to be very wealthy (like a millionaire)to resort to cryogenics. The cost is probably analogous to the cost of a trip to the moon when such trips become available to the Public in the distant future.
