Could anyone please tell me about the benefits on cholesterol, eating pomegranates?ty?!


Question: Yes: pomegranates are one of the known ways to reduce cholesterol. You may get more benefit if you buy the juice also as you may have to eat an awful lot of pomegrates to have an effect as the juice in one pomegranate is very little. I would also purchase the juice and drink daily.

Garlic, grapefruit juice, oily fish (mackeral, sardines, skippers, sild, fresh tuna, salmon), walnuts, almonds, oat bran, oatmeal, green tea, pulses, celery, advocado, extra virgin olive oil, and herbs such as sage, basil and oregano. Try to incorporate as many herbs as you can in your cooking as most herbs have some cholesterol-lowering effects.

Gum guggul, globe artichoke extract, Niacin (a B Vitamin), fish oil capsules, soy lecithin, psyllium husk powder.
