Question: I bought the liquid fruit & veggie vitamin. It has 6 servings of fruits & veggies per cap full. Has anyone tried this & if so, did you notice a difference in how you felt & how long did it take?

Fruit and vegetable formulas aren't really going to have a huge impact for a lot of people unless they don't have much fiber, vitamins/minerals, or antioxidants in their diet. Granted, most people don't have a lot of these in their diet, but that's really all these formulations add. They are simply an alternative to actually eating the whole fruits and vegetables.
