the answer is blowing in the wind

Me? Tired body.

The body type you have mentioned are 3 broad
constitution. Actually there are 7 body types. Besides the
three you have mentioned then there is a combination of
Vata-Pita, Vata-Kapha, Pita-Kapha and three combined
have vata-pita-kapha all three almost equally dominant.
These main three doshas have qualities or attributes which
characterize their effect on the organism. They are:
VATA: Dry, cold, light, irregular, mobile, rarefied, rough.
PITA:Oily, hot, light, intense, fluid, malodorous, liquid.
KAPHA:Oily, cold, heavy, stable, viscous, dense, smooth.
For lack of space i do not want to go in detail.
Regarding food the rules are as under:
To be healthy Vata people should eat mainly sweet, sour and
salty foods in amounts small enough to be easily digested.
Similarly Pita people should eat mainly sweet, bitter and
astrigent tasting food. Lastly Kapha people should eat
bitter, pungent and astringent tasting food.
For more details kindly read the book PRAKRUTI - your
ayurvedic constitution by Dr. Robert E. Svoboda.
The book is available with Amazon.com. He is the first
american to get panditha degree in ayurveda.
Hope this much is sufficient to flare up your appetite to read
the book which is truly a masterpiece in ayurveda giving
a western mind concept explanation.
Good luck and God bless. Cheers! :o)
