Do the various detox programs on the infomercials actually work?!
Question: I take a product called "Whole Body Cleanse" that can be found at any vitamin shoppe store or online at www.vitaminshoppe.com or many other places online and it works awesome. I usually lose 10-15 pounds and feel much better afterwards. I do this twice a year. I also highly recommend Dr. Richard Schulze cleanse products as well. www.dr-schulze.com
