Which yoga is better--raja or shaja? What are the differences between those two?!
Question: If you mean Sahaja Yoga, you must be ready before you think about raising the kundalini. If you aren't, you could end up going mad - seriously, don't do it unless you're ready, and if you don't know you're ready you aren't. Raja Yoga is good though.
